Woodly Fenelus came to the United States from Haiti. Before she ever set foot in a courtroom, she lived the experience that so many of her clients now face. She knows what it feels like to be in a new country, to not know the rules, and to wonder if anyone in the system actually cares about your outcome.

That is why she became a lawyer. And that is why she built this firm.

Woodly is licensed in North Dakota and based in Virginia. Her practice focuses on defensive asylum cases and deportation defense, standing beside people who are facing some of the hardest moments of their lives. She speaks the language, understands the culture, and has dedicated her career to serving Haitian, African, and French-speaking families who too often go without proper legal support.

She earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law and holds two degrees in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. Right now she is finishing her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Baltimore School of Law and earning a Certificate in Estate Planning, because she wants to help families not just in immigration court but also with their taxes, their businesses, and the financial future they are working to build.

Outside the office, she is a mom, a reader, and someone who genuinely believes immigrant families deserve more than just legal representation. They deserve someone who sees the full picture of their lives and fights for all of it.
